Our services are available throughout lower mainland of BC, where we work closely with families to ensure every care plan is tailored to their loved one’s specific physical, emotional, and social needs. In addition to non-medical care, we provide access to licensed nursing support for clients who require medical attention, such as catheter flushing, wound care, medication management, and chronic condition support. We take pride in offering multilingual services to serve our diverse communities more effectively, removing language barriers and building stronger connections between caregivers and clients.

At My Care Matters, we understand that care doesn’t follow a 9–5 schedule. That’s why we’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you need part-time assistance, overnight care, or round-the-clock support, we’re here whenever you need us. All of our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and selected to ensure trust, safety, and compatibility.
