My Care Matters was honoured to attend the Burnaby Neighbourhood House (BNH) Appreciation Event held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the BNH South House. The event was a heartfelt celebration recognizing the individuals, partners, and organizations whose support has helped Burnaby Neighbourhood House and its integrated partner agencies continue delivering vital programs and services throughout the community.

The gathering highlighted the collective impact made over the past year by Burnaby Neighbourhood House, alongside its partner agencies—Burnaby Community Services, Burnaby Meals on Wheels, and Burnaby Seniors Outreach Services Society. Guests were invited to learn how ongoing collaboration and community partnerships have strengthened programs that support seniors, families, and vulnerable populations across Burnaby.

During the event, attendees had the opportunity to connect with BNH board members, staff, and fellow community partners in a warm and welcoming setting. Over light canapés and a glass of wine, meaningful conversations were shared, fostering stronger relationships and a deeper understanding of the work being done behind the scenes. My Care Matters was grateful for the opportunity to meet members of the BNH management team and engage with other organizations that share a commitment to compassionate, community-centered care.
