My Care Matters was excited to participate in The Wellness Show, held from January 31 to February 1 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Hall A (West Building). Celebrating over 33 years, The Wellness Show remains Western Canada’s premier event dedicated to health, wellness, and active living, bringing together more than 200 exhibitors, 50+ expert speakers, live demonstrations, and engaging prize giveaways—all under one roof.

Throughout the two-day event, attendees could find the My Care Matters team at Booth 124, where Joy D., Mark B., Shannen, Rose, and Jan warmly welcomed visitors. Our booth featured a fun interactive game, instant prizes, and three raffle giveaways, creating an inviting space for meaningful conversations about caregiving, companionship, and overall wellness. The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with individuals and families who are passionate about maintaining healthier, happier lifestyles.

Participating in The Wellness Show allowed My Care Matters to share information about our personalized home care and companionship services while engaging directly with the local community. We were inspired by the enthusiasm of attendees and the shared commitment among exhibitors to promote preventive care, healthy aging, and well-being across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
